Palak Methi Gosht Preparation time : 15 minsCooking time: 45-50 mins Serving :4 pax Ingredients quantity Oil 4 tbsp Bayleaf 2 nos Black cardamom 2 nos Cinnamon stick 2 nos Cloves 4-6 nos Cumin seeds 1 tsp Black pepper crushed ½ tsp Onion 2 nos Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp Mutton 500 gm Salt to taste Tomatoes 2 nos Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 3 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Water as required Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch Spinach 1 bunch Curd ½ cup Ginger julienne 1 inch + for garnish Green chilli slit 3-4 nos Lemon ½ nos Ghee 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Method : 1. Heat a kadhai , add oil , bayleaf, black cardamom, cinnamon stick , cloves , cumin seed , crushed black pepper , allow it to splutter. 2. Now add onions and sauté it on low flame until golden brown. 3. Now add ginger garlic paste ,and sauté it well for about 2-3 mins. 4. Now add mutton and mix it well for 2-3 mins . 5. Add salt, tomatoes and cook it again for 2-3 mins. 6. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and sauté it well until oil starts separately. 7. Now add water , cover with a lid and allow it to cook for 30 mins on low flame. 8. Meanwhile take fenugreek leaves, cut its stem and chopped it and add it in a bowl , soak it in water , keep it aside.
