Do Not Cover The Leaves while cookingLet it cool and grind into fine paste.For GravyPaneer - 200gOil - 1 tb spnCumin - 1 tspGarlic chopped- 1 tspOnion chopped- 1Salt - 1 tspTurmeric - 1/4 tspTomato pure - 1 cupCoriander powder - 1 tspCumin powder- 1/2 tspGaram masala - 1/4 tspGreen Paste - 2 cupsNutmeg powder- PinchButter- 1 tb spnWater - 1/4 cupIn a kadai add oil, cumin, garlic, onion, salt and saut it till onions turn golden. Then add turmeric, tomato pure and cook till oil oozes out. Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala.Add ground green paste, and cook it for 6-7 minutes while mixing continuously. Add pinch of Nutmeg powder, Butter, Paneer Cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.Adjust seasonings and serve it.Garnish with Butter and Raw Onions
