Ingredients:
250 gram Paneer
½ cup finely chopped tomato
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seed
¾ tsp Salt
2 tsp oil
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
Freshly chopped Coriander leaves as required

How to make Paneer Bhurji:
Crumble paneer and keep aside. I have used homemade paneer to make this recipe.
Heat oil in a pan, once the oil becomes hot adds cumin seeds and sauté it for few seconds till it becomes light brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste and again sauté it for few seconds till raw smell goes away. You can also use freshly crushed ginger garlic.
Now add chopped onion and sauté it on medium flame till it becomes translucent.
Now add chopped tomatoes, green chilly, capsicum and give a nice mix.
Add all the spices turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and sauté everything for a minute.
Lastly add crumbled paneer and cook it on low flame by stirring continuously for few minutes or till all the spices gets blended well.
Paneer bhurji is ready to serve.
Serve hot with Roti, Parantha or you can use it to make sandwich also.
