Panner bhurji is a North Indian dish made with indian cottage cheese and spices.It can be had as a main meal for breakfast or served as a side dish with parathas,or pooriis or bread varieties.Ingredients:Oil- 2 teaspoonMustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoonJeera- 1 teaspoonOnion-1/4 cupTomatoes-1/3 cupGreen chillies- 2Curry leaves- For seasoningTurmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoonSalt- 1/4 teaspoonJeera powder- 1/4 teaspoonCoriander powder- 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder- 1/4 teaspoonGrated paneer- 1 cupCoriander leaves- for garnishingDirections:1. Heat 2 tsp oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.2. Add jeera , green chillies , curry leaves and onion. Saute until onion is translucent.3. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt . saute tomatoes until soft.4. Add jeera powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Add little water and cook masala for a minute.5. Mix in grated paneer.Saute for 2 minutes.
