Ingredients:1 cup milk100g Penne Pasta2 tomatoes1 tbsp red chilli flakes1 tbsp garlic - chopped1 small onion, finely chopped1 capsicum - chopped1 zcchini - chopped1 1/2 tbsp tomato saucefew basil leaves2 tbsp cheese1/2 tsp dry oregano1 tbsp fresh celerySalt to tasteMethod:- In a pan, heat butter.- Add the plain flour to it and cook for a few seconds. - Once it changes the colour slightly, add the milk. Keep whisking and bring it to a boil.
