Enjoy it hot and fresh to experience the best of this multi-textured dish.Pasta with Chilli Tomatoes and SpinachPreparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 12 minutes Makes 3 servingsIngredients1 cup cooked penne1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)¼ cup cherry tomato halves½ cup blanched and chopped spinach (palak)2 tsp olive oil2 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)½ cup sliced onions2 tbsp tomato puree1 tsp dried mixed herbs¼ cup milk¼ cup grated processed cheeseSalt to tasteFor The Garnish1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts (akhrot)1. Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic, onions, chilli flakes, tomato purée, and mixed herbs, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.2. Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. 3.
