INGREDIENT LIST (Serves 2 to 4 people)
3 ripe plantains (the riper the sweeter the dish will be, so this is a
matter of preference)
1 pound ground beef
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup grated smoked cheddar
1/2 cup grated mild white cheddar
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon cacoa nibs
1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
1/2 tablespoon ancho chili powder
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
