Next, saute this till its raw smell goes away. Then add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder mix it all together properly. Now, add Gram Flour and saute for 4 minutes then add Coriander Leaves, Salt, Water. Next, cover the Lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame, after 5 minutes switch off the gas. Now, pour Oil on a plate spread it all around properly then add the Gram Flour Dough (as shown in the video) and let it cool down to make a proper Vada's out of this.Next, heat up the Oil in the Kadai then add Bay Leaf, Cumin Seeds, Onion Paste saute this till onion becomes pink in colour then add Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste saute this for 2 minutes then add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder, Garam Masala again saute it for a while. Next, add Tomato Puree and saute it properly to which add Water, Salt (as per the taste), Coriander Leaves now let it boil and take it out in the serving bowl.
