1 egg yolk
⅓ cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 and ¼ cups diced peaches
For the topping:
3 tablespoons cold butter,
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
a Pinch of ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
