INGREDIENTS:-
1) GREEN MOONG 1 CUP (WASH & SOAK OVERNIGHT)
2) 4 TBL SPN ROASTED PEANUTS ( CRUSH PEANUT AFTER ROASTING).
3) TWO MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED ONION
4) ONE MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED TOMATO
5) 3 TO 4 GARLIC CLOVES (CHOPPED)
6) 1 BIG TBL SPN GINGER (CHOPPED OR GRATED)
7) HANDFUL OF GREEN CORIANDER (CHOPPED)
8) 1/4 TSPN HING (ASAFOETIDA)
9) 1 TBLSPN JEERA (CUMIN)
10) 1 TBLS SPN SALT (AS PER TASTE)
11) 1/2 TBL SPN HALDI (TUMERIC)
12) 1 TBLSPN DHANIYA - JEERA PDWR.
13) 2 TBLSPN RED CHILE PDWR
14) 1/2 TSPN GARAM MASALA.

METHOD:-

* IN A DEEP PAN OR KADHAI ADD 2 TO 3 TBLSPN OIL.
* ADD HING, JEERA, GINGER-GARLIC & MIX WELL.
* THEN ADD ONION AND SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT.
* THEN ADD TOMATO AND MIX WELL TILL SOFT.
* ADD CRUSHED PEANUT AND MIX WELL.
* THEN ADD HALDI, RED CHILE PDWR, SALT, DHANAYIYA JEERA PDWR & SAUTE FOR 1 OR 2MIN.
* ADD 1/2 CUP HOT WATER MIX & PUT A LID. LET IT COOK FOR 3 TO 4 MIN.
* AFTER 4 MIN ADD GREEN MOONG, GARAM MASALA & MIX WELL ADD ANOTHER HALF CUP HOT WATER AND LET IT COOK FOR 15 TO 17 MINS.
* CHECK AFTER 15 MIN ONCE DONE ADD GREEN CORIANDER AND SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR RICE.
