A stall which has been in existence for almost 70 years, the sweet soup bases peanut and red bean are the main highlight, not the tang yuan (glutinous rice balls with sweet fillings) that go with it. The best-selling peanut soup is done by boiling peanuts in water and sugar but the result is peanuts that look whole but have a firm, yet soft consistency.
