Pesarattu | Moong Dal Dosa Recipe | How to make Pesarattu or Moong Dal Dosa with Kriti Refined Oil

Ingredients:
2 Cups Whole Green Moong
10-12 Curry Leaves
½ inch Ginger
2-3 Green Chilli
A handful Chopped Green Coriander
Salt to taste
½ Cup Kriti Refined Oil

Method:
Wash and soak the whole green moong in water for 4-6 hours.

Once soaked, drain the moong, and blend it in a mixer along with curry leaves, ginger, green chillies, coriander and salt and 2 cups water to form a smooth batter.

The batter should not be too thick nor too thin. It should be similar to a dosa batter.

Heat 2 tbsp Kriti Refined Oil on a dosa tawa or a non stick pan.

Brush it nicely and let it become hot.

Using a ladle put the batter on the hot tawa and swirl it like a dosa.

Flatten the batter with a flat spoon while it is cooking so that the Pesarattu becomes thin and uniform.

Drizzle a little oil on the edges of the Pesarattu.

Once the edges become slightly golden, loosen the pessarattu from the edges with a flat spoon and flip it to cook from the other side.

Let it cook on the other side for a minute and then serve hot with coconut chutney.
