Learn to make #AlooBhakarwadi also known as #PinwheelSamosa with #KritiRefinedOil.Ingredients:For the dough - 2 Cups Maida 2 tbsp Kriti Refined Oil 1 tsp Salt½ tsp Ajwain ½ tsp Jeera ½ cup Water For the stuffing - 4 Boiled potatoes 1 tsp Chilli Powder1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Amchoor Powder 1 tsp Jeera PowderSalt to taste1 tsp Garam Masala 2 Chopped Green Chillies A handful of Chopped Green Coriander For frying,¼ cup Maida 1 Cup Water 2 Cups Kriti Refined Oil Method:For the dough, take the maida and add all the ingredients to it and knead into a soft dough.Keep it covered with a wet cloth for 30 minutes.Meanwhile, for the stuffing, mix together the potatoes, and all the other ingredients except the oil.Taste and check for seasoning.Roll the dough into a large circle.Spread the potato filling over the dough and roll the dough over the potatoes starting from one end to the other, roll the dough like a log and do it tightly.Once the log is ready, slice the log into half inch slices and keep aside.Make a thin batter with ¼ cup maida and 1 cup water.Heat Kriti Refined Oil in a kadai.Once the oil is hot, put the pinwheel samosas in the thin maida batter and then in hot oil. Fry 3-4 at a time on a slow flame until golden and crispy.Once ready, repeat with the remaining pinwheels.Serve hot with imli chutney and green chutney.
