Pizza Dough & Monkey Bread Pizza
Recipe in English

Step 1:
Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
- All Purpose Flour (APF) 3 Cups
- Sugar 2 ½ tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Milk Warm 1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp
- Yeast (Instant) 2 ½ tsp
- Oil 4-5 tbsp

Directions:
- Add salt, sugar, and yeast in flour.
- Now add milk and oil in flour and mix till crumble with hands.
- Once the ball form knead with palm lightly on oily surface and use oil in palms to avoid mess in hands
- Once a soft dough form, put it in a greased container in a warm place for 1-1 ½ hr. covered with cling wrap and warm towel.
- Dough will raise double the size.
- Punch it down and leave for another 10-15 mins.
- Once the dough is ready make small pieces of dough.

Step 2:

- Chicken Julienne 300 gm
- Salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Red chili powder ¼ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies ¼ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Directions:
- Add oil in pan and add chicken and sauté.
- Add the seasonings with garlic paste, crushed chilies, black pepper, red chili powder and salt and stir till done. Set aside.

Step 3:

- Jalapenos 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese chopped 1 Cup
- cheddar cheese chopped ½ cup
- Butter 1 tbsp.
- Pizza sauce ¾ Or 1 Cup
- Olives 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms 3 tbsp
- Spinach leaves handful

Directions:
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and include dough bits in it. Give a good mix.
- Place the mixture in a greased pan and leave it for another 30-40 mins. This will increase in size.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
- Bake it on 180 C for 25-30 mins or till golden brown.

Step 1:
Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
- Maida 3 Cups
- Cheeni 2 ½ tsp
- Namak 2 tsp
- Neem Garam doodh ¼ Cup + 2 tbsp
- Khameer (Instant) 2 ½ tsp
- Tel 4-5 tbsp

Directions:
- Sab se pehle maiday main namak, cheeni and khameer shamil karden.
- Ab is main doodh aur tel daal ke haathon se mix karlen.
- Goondhte hue haath pe and maide pe halka halka tel lagate jaye take maida chipke nahi.
- Jab sab mil kar ek ball ki tarah ban jaye to hatheli se naram goondh lein.
- Last main halka tel maida pe laga k ek container main dalen aur phir cling laga key geela kapra rakh ke 1-1 ½ hr ke liye garam jaga pe rakh dein.
- 1-1 ½ hr ke baad maida ka size barh jayega.
- Dough ko punches lagayen aur thori der duabara chor den.
- Jab dough tyar hojaye to uske chote tukray karlen.

Step 2:

- Chicken Julienne 300 gm
- Namak ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal Mirch ¼ tsp
- Kali Mirch ½ tsp
- Lehsun ka paste 1 tbsp
- Kuti Lal Mirch ¼ tsp
- Tel 1 tbsp
Directions:
- Pan main oil shamil karein, phir is main chicken daal ke sauté karein.
- Saath main lehsun ka paste, kuti lal mirch, namak, kali mirch aur lal mirch daal ke tyar hone tak paka lein aur alag rakh dein

Step 3:
- Jalapenos 2 tbsp
- Kuti Lal Mirch ½ tsp
- Mozerella cheese chopped 1 Cup
- cheddar cheese chopped ½ cup
- Makhan 1- 1 ½ tbsp
- Pizza sauce ¾ OR 1 cup
- Olives 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms 3 tbsp
- Palak ke pattay mutthi bhar

Directions:
- Chicken aur filing ke ajza ko ek bowl main shamil karke mix karen and is main tukray kiye hue dough ko daal achi tarah mix karelin.
- Ab isko makhan se greased pan main ahtiyat se set kar lein aur phir 30-40 mins ke liye chhor dein. Dough mazeed phoolega.
- Oven ko 180 degrees pe preheat kar lain.
- Bread ko 180 C pe 25-30 min ke liye bake karlein.
