In a bowl add strained rice water , boiled rice mix and mash it well .2. Keep it overnight and allow it to get fermented .3. In a mortar & pestle add green chilli , crush it well .4. Now add sea salt , rock salt in it crush it along with green chilli .5. Now add spoonful of rice mixture into the paste , give a mix .6. Transfer it to the rice mixture bowl and stir it well .7. Now add sliced onion , peanuts mix it well .8. Now add lemon juice mix it well .9. Transfer it to serving bowl , garnish it with crushed dried red chilli .10. Ready to serve .
