Pomegranate Citrus Salad (BEST SALAD EVER!)

Even the pickiest of eaters will LOVE this salad! If you're making it as a main dish, throw some chicken in there! The sweetness of the pomegranate and orange pairs so well with the bitter arugula. Not a fan of onions? Leave them out! Seriously, best salad ever. I was getting so tired of lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes! Everyone loved it! First time everyone finished the giant bowl of salad on a holiday!

Feel free to play with the ingredients, but here are the amounts I used:
6 oz arugula
3 oz mixed greens
1/2 pomegranate
3 oranges
4 stalks celery
1/2 red onion
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil
