It may become your new wintertime wok favorite.INGREDIENTS:2 tablespoons chopped garlic1 tablespoon minced ginger1/2 cup sliced white onion1 teaspoon turmeric1/2 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon brown sugar1 teaspoon curry powder1/2 teaspoon Paprika1/2 teaspoon Cayenne1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder200 grams of sliced pork chops, boneless1 1/2 cup of chicken broth1 teaspoon of fish sauce2 portions of fresh egg noodles1 cup coconut milk1 teaspoon chili paste1/2 teaspoon chili flakesJuice of 1 limeChili flakes and chives for garnishSTEPS:1.) Start by frying off the garlic, ginger, and onions, until translucent.2.) Mix in all the spices and bay leaf.3.) Add the pork and brown slightly.4.) Add chicken broth and fish sauce.5.) Place in the egg noodles and simmer until they cook through.6.) Add coconut milk, chili paste, and flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.7.)
