Pork Tenderloin Salpicao Recipe | How to Cook Salpicao na Baboy | Panlasang Pinoy

Pork Tenderloin Salpicao is a dish with pork tenderloins along with Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and lots of toasted garlic. This is a very flavorful dish that is best eaten with rice. This dish might look like pork adobo, but the taste is totally different.

Salpicao Ingredients:

1 lb. pork tenderloin
5 to 7 cloves garlic crushed
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
