This is one of favorite of all the kids, this is also very popular starters dish specially in kitty parties. In this video I have shown easy process of making Potato Cheese Nuggets aka veg cutlet. Though this Potato Nuggets Recipe is a kids special recipe, I have added some seasoning to make it a dish for everyone.

Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4

Ingredients:
Boiled and peeled potatoes - 3
Cheese - 50 gm
Bread crumbs -1/2 cup
All purpose flour (maida) - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Cooking oil to fry
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Pizza Mix - 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs -1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Chat masala powder -1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
