Potato and paneer lollipops are a quick evening snack for kids. It's a good starter/appetizer for parties as well. My kids love these lollipops. So I often make this as an evening snack for them.Serve with your favorite topping such as mayo, ketchup or spicy mustard.Ingredients for potato lollipops:Potatoes- 4Onion- 1/4 cupbell pepper- 1/3 cupTurmeric powder- 1/4 tspSalt- 3/4 tspJeera powder- 3/4 tspCoriander powder- 3/4 tspRed chilli powder- 3/4 tspCorn flour- 1 tspBreadcrumbs- 2 tspOil- For fryingDirections for potato lollipops:1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.2. Apply some oil/ghee in your hand.Take potato mixture and make small, round balls.3.Take 2-3 tsp maida in a bowl. Add some water to make a thin paste.4.Dip the potato balls in maida paste. Remove the excess water and then roll it in the bread crumbs.5.Keep it aside for 15 minutes.6. Heat oil in a pan.
