#instantpotprawnbiryani #prawnbiryaniInTamil #instantpotrecipesInTamilPrawn Biryani Instant Pot Recipe Tamil - Winter Fun - Shrimp Biryani - Eral Biryani - Iral BiryaniFriends, In this video I have shared the instant pot recipe for prawn biryani.Ingredients:Basmati Rice - 3 cups (3 * 200 gms = 600 gms)Oil - 3 * 50 ml = 150 mlGhee - 3 tbspPrawns - 3 handfuls (cleaned with a tsp lemon juice & strained well)Biriyani Dry Masala: Bay Leaf - 2 small + 5 cloves + 5 cardamoms + 1 mace flower + 2" cinnamon stick + 2 kapok buds + 1 star aniseOnions - 3 medium sized (thin cut lengthwise)Tomatoes - 3 medium sized (diced small)Green Chilly - 2 nos (whole)Ginger Garlic Paste: 15 cloves garlic + 6 inches ginger + 3 to 4 mint leaves + 2 green chillyTurmeric Powder - 1/2 tspCoriander Powder - 3 * 0.75 tspChilly Powder - 0.5 tspGaram Masala Powder - 0.5 tspMint Leaves - 1 handful Coriander Leaves - 1 handfulLemon juice - 1 tbspSalt - 4 tsp (3 tsp for rice + 1 tsp for other ingredients)Water - 2 cups (Check that water level should be just a thin line above the rice level. Add or reduce water level based on this level.)Note: You can switch off the saute mode just after the prawn starts to turn orange. The heat is just enough to add rice and water. After that we can go ahead and turn on the rice mode to cook the biryani.
