A must try !PRAWN NOODLE SOUPIngredients10-12 medium prawns, shelled and deveined150 grams noodles, boiled1 tablespoon oil2-3 spring onion with greens, chopped½ inch ginger, chopped1 tablespoon chopped garlic1-2 fresh red chillies, chopped1 teaspoon five spice powder2 tablespoons cornstarch 2-3 cups chicken stock2 teaspoons soy sauceSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste12-15 sugar snap peasMethod1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add spring onion with greens, ginger, garlic and fresh red chillies and saute for a minute.2. Add five spice powder and mix. Add cornstarch and chicken stock and stir to mix. Add prawns and noodles and stir.3. Add soy sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns and snap peas, mix and simmer till the prawns are fully cooked. 4.
