Prawn Poha (Light Indian Snack) By Shakti | India Food Network

Poha is one of the most popular Indian snacks. in this video learn how to make it with a twist! Shakti adds delicious prawns to the mix and creates a perfect mashup!

Ingredients:
2 cups of poha (flattened rice) washed and drained
1 cup karandi (small sized prawns/ shrimp)
2 medium sized chopped onions
1 ½ tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)
1 ½ tsp of rai seeds (black mustard seeds)
1 ½ tbsp of red masala paste
2 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
10-12 curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves for garnish
