Do give it a try and share your experience in the comments below.Ingredients:Wet Paste:4 nos dried Kashmiri Chillies5 nos dried Byadgi Chillies1 Tsp Peppercorns1/2 Cumin seeds1/4 Tsp mustard seeds1/4 Tsp fenugreek seeds1 tbsp coriander seeds1 tbsp thick tamarind pulp8-10 Garlic clovesWater as requiredMarination:1/2 Kilo Prawns Cleaned and Washed1 Tsp Turmeric Powder1 Tbsp Chilly Powder1/4 Cup Yoghurt1/2 Lime JuiceTadka3 tbsp Ghee10-15 nos curry leavesSalt as requiredMethod of preparation:Marinate the prawn with yoghurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, lime juice, give it a quick mix.
