Pressure Cooker Mutton Curry Kabita

Ingredients:
Mutton - 750 gram (washed)
Curd - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onion - 1
Green chilli- 2 to 3
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

Mix it well
Rest it for 30 minutes

Ginger - 3 to 4 inch
Green chilli - 3
Garlic cloves - 20 to 22 cloves
Heat 1/4 cup of mustard oil
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 4
Star anise- 1
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Mace - 1/2
Black pepper - 10
Black cardamom-1
Chopped onion - 2 cups
Fry it for 5- 6 mins
Add blended paste
Fry it for a minute
Add marinated mutton
Cook it fir 8-10 mins
Add Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Red Chili- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cook it for 7-8 mins(low flame)
Add 2.5 cups of hot water
Add 2 tbsp of ghee (optional)
Cook it for 3 whistles on medium flame
Turn off the flame
Ready to serve
