Pulao is a rice dish consumed mainly in Central Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. Pulao is one of the rice delicacies which is prepared on special occasions in Indian households, it is commonly available in almost all north Indian Restaurants. In the recipe video I have shown a healthy version of pulao, protein pulao. In this recipe I have talked about health benefits of the ingredients used in this healthy protein pulao.

Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4

Ingredients:
Boiled Rice (white/brown/red)- 1 glass
Broccoli -1/4 cup
Onion -1 cup
Green chillies - 2
Tomato -1/3 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
Soaked chickpeas-1/2 cup
Soya chunks -1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Black pepper - 6 to 8
Cloves - 4
Walnuts - 2
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Ghee /oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
