Ingredients :
5 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 Cup Grated Ginger
½ Tsp Mustard Seeds
2-3 Dried Red Chillies
Few Curry Leaves
Pinch Of Turmeric
Gooseberry Sized Tamarind Dissolved In Water
Hing (Asafetida) Dissolved In Water
½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as Per Taste
1 ½ Tbsp Jaggery

Quick cooking tip : One can grate the ginger or coarsely grind it in the mixer
