With a crispy base of tortilla chips, melty cheddar cheese, and flavorful pulled pork, these nachos are the perfect comfort food.__________ CLICK FOR RECIPE ___________PRINTABLE RECIPE: https://thestayathomechef.com/pulled-pork-nachos/ Ingredients16 ounces tortilla chips1 pound pulled pork15 ounces black beans rinsed and drained4-6 cups shredded cheddar cheeseNacho Dust:1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepperAdditional Toppings (optional):1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup guacamole1/3 cup sliced olives1/2 cup fresh salsa1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro1/4 cup sliced or pickled jalapeos1/4 cup diced red onion1/4 cup sliced green onionInstructions1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.2 Spread the tortilla chips onto a baking sheet or any desired oven-safe baking dish.3 Bake the chips for 4-5 minutes to deepen the flavor and slightly brown the chips.4 Sprinkle 2 cups of the shredded cheese over the chips.5 Sprinkle half of the nacho dust on top of the cheese layer.6 Add the shredded pork and black beans over the cheese.7 Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese and the remaining nacho dust.8 Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.9 Remove from the oven and add additional toppings as desired.
