Pumpkin Tahini Pie with Chocolate Crust | Food52

INGREDIENTS (Serves 8-12)

For the Chocolate Pie Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt

For the Pumpkin & Tahini Pie:
1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup tahini, plus more for serving
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup whole milk
Whipped cream, for serving
