#PUMPKIN & TOMATO SOUP HEALTHY AND EASY, MAKE IN THIS WAY AND YOU WILL LOVE IT #कद्दू टमाटर सूप # | VAPURDA KITCHEN

Hello Friends,

Soup is a way of keeping our health better and healthy, it can be consumed by all age group.It is power packed with nutrients.

Ingredient :
* 250 gms pumpkin
* 3 medium size tomato
*1 ltr water
* salt to taste
* black pepper powder as per required
* chopped green coriander as per required.

METHOD :
* boil water in a pan, once it starts boiling add tomato's (give 2-3 slit on the upper side of the tomato's for easy peeling of the skin.
* Blanch the tomato's for 5-7 min then remove and let it cool, once cooled peel the skin & chop roughly.
* in another deep sauce pan add 1 ltr water and let it boil, once the water starts to boil add washed, peeled and roughly chopped pumpkin and let it cook till done.
* Once done add the chopped tomato's and cook for 5-10 mins more.
* then blend in the blender, add 1 tbsp salt and blend smooth.
* transfer into the serving bowl and garnish with black pepper and green coriander.
