Foodworks, Kadhi pakora is a traditional punjabi curry which is a popular dish in Indian. It is a delicious vegetarian curry recipe that is made of easily available indian kitchen ingredients such as besan (Chickpeas flour), Thick creamy curd(Sour) and indian spices. First we make the base curry made of curd and besan. Then using besan, onion, green chilies, ginger and chili powder, we make spicy hot pakoras. After that the pakoras will get cooked in curd curry and turns soft. The seasoning is the best part because we use some unique flavourful ingredients to make the curry more delicious.
