Quick and healthy vegetable frankie recipe is one of our evening snacks. It is so filling that it can also be a meal of the day. It consists of vegetables that are easily available and it also has a very good taste.

Ingredients include

1) For the Filling
1-2 tbsp Oil
1/2 Red Capsicum
1/2 Green Capsicum
1/2 Yellow Capsicum
3-4 Baby corns
1 bowl Green Cabbage
1/2 bowl Purple Cabbage
1/2 Tomato
1/2 bowl Ice berg
1 & 1/2 Raw Banana
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
2 tsp Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Ketchup
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
7-8 pieces Paneer

2)For the Dough
1/2 cup Wheat flou
2 tbsp Maize flour
1/2 cup Maida
3 tbsp Curd
1/2 tsp Salt
Water as required

Can make 10-12 Frankies
