HOT GARLIC PULAO

Ingredients Quantity
 Oil 1 tbsp
 Bell Pepper (Red, Yellow, Green) ¼ cup each
 Tomato 1 small
 Chicken Breast (cut in to cube) 1 Pecs
 Salt to taste
 Hot garlic chutney 1 ½ tbsp
 Rice 2 cup
 Chopped coriander ½ tbsp
METHOD:-
 Heat oil in a kadai. Add the bell pepper (Red, yellow, green) and tomato cube.
 Add chicken cube and salt. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked.
 Add hot garlic chutney. Cook for the 2 mints add the boiled rice and mix well.
 Add chopped coriander and mix well. Serve hot.
