Quick Cupcake Pops (Recipe)

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15 min
Number of servings: n/a

Ingredients:
mini foil/paper baking cups
bamboo skewers
baby castella or donut holes https://amzn.to/3rSgnSP
chocolate pens https://amzn.to/3S23QXw
sugar sprinkles https://amzn.to/3rVcjkt

Directions:
1. You can use baby castella (castella balls) or donut holes. Any round cake is ok. Place them in baking cups. In this way castella balls won't roll around when you decorate them.
2. Place chocolate pens in hot water to melt the chocolate. Snip off the end to decorate. Finish with sugar sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
3. Insert bamboo skewers in the center of the bottom of the cupcakes.
