Quick & Easy Chicken Nugget Recipe made by Kids

These chicken nuggets are healthy and delicious. We're using gluten free, non-gmo, organic corn flakes as our bread crumbs for our chicken nuggets.

You can cut your chicken into strips or chunks. Get your kids a kid friendly knife set like the ones we use (Kuhn rikon) and have them participate. Don't forget to wash your hands after touching the chicken!

2 Ibs chicken breast cut into chunks or nuggets
4 cups of gluten free corn flakes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
glug of olive oil

set oven to 450 F.

blend the corn flakes, cumin, and salt in a food processor. put mixture in a bowl

coat the chicken nuggets with a glug of olive oil. This acts as an adhesive. Press the chicken nuggets into the corn flakes bread crumbs, covering all sides.

Place breaded chicken nuggets on a cooling rack over a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Voila! These chicken nuggets are moist, delicious, NOT FRIED, and your kids will love them!
