Tofu is a healthy ingredient and in this recipe I show you quick, tasty and easy way to prepare Veggie Tofu masala. Great side dish, perfect for snacking or to top it on Rice or noodles.

Ingredients/ Method:
300 gms Tofu
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups veggies of choice- Onions, mushrooms, carrots and bell peppers
Spices: Salt, Red chilli powder and black pepper.

- Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter for 30 secs. Add veggies, salt, chilli powder and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add Tofu. Add soy sauce. Mix in well. When Tofu turns golden brown, add honey. Combine well together and serve hot.
