QuickBites : Another short trip to Batam. Bebek Tepi Sawah and Ayam Taliwang

Welcome to another QuickBites food adventure with Getting Loss. We are having another short trip to Batam, the little island 30mins by ferry from Singapore. A place to go eat and have massage (the clean kind) and just to relax. Found a place called Bebek Tepi Sawah. They have branches in Bali and sometimes the queue is 2hrs long, and Singapore. But they served smoked duck. One style is grilled with fresh herbs called Bebek Betutu. Another kind is Tepi Sawah Crispy, where they deep fried the smoked duck until the small bones were crispy like crackers. And nearby, there is another place called Ayam Taliwang, where they claim to have the most spiciest chciken on the planet. It was spicy and the next day I regretted it, but I think there are spicier chicken dishes out there.
