QuickBites : Another short trip to Batam part 2. Lengkuas, a place for a damn good fish soup

Welcome to another QuickBites food adventure with Getting Loss. Before we leave Batam, I though I should bring you to another find I found in Batam. This place sells out fast and so do come early. Opposite BCS mall is a coffeeshop called Eatern Food Court. And in one corner of the coffeeshop, is a stall called Lengkuas. Lengkuas is the malay name for a kind of ginger. Anyway, you will know it is different, when you go to the store, there is a whole table full of fresh fish. Like at the market. So you choose the fish you want and how to cook it. Then you eat.
