Quinoa Grain Bowl
Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Quinoa:
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Quinoa 1 Cup (rinsed)
-Water 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
Prepare Chicken:
-Dried oregano tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes 250g
-Olive oil 1-2 tbs
Tzatziki Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 250g
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs
-Kheera (Cucumber) grated & squeezed 1
Greek Salad:
-Mustard paste tbs
-Olive oil extra virgin 1 tbs
-Lemon juice tbs
-Apple cider vinegar 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Dried oregano tsp
-Dried basil tsp
-Kheera (Cucumber) cubes 1 Cup
-Black olives sliced Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 3 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
-Feta cheese crumbled Cup

Directions:
How to Prepare Quinoa:
-In a pot,add olive oil,quinoa & saut for a minute.
-Add water,salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & bring it to boil,cover partially on medium flame & cook until water is absorbed (10-12 minutes).
-Let it cool.
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl,add dried oregano,cumin powder,salt,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add olive oil & cook marinated chicken until golden brown & set aside.
Tzatziki Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic,black pepper crushed,salt,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mint leaves,cucumber (squeeze out excess water) & mix well.Tzatziki sauce is ready!
Prepare Greek Salad:
-In a bowl,add mustard paste,olive oil,lemon juice,apple cider vinegar,black pepper crushed,salt,dried oregano,dried basil & mix well.
-Add cucumber,black olives,tomatoes,onion & mix well.
-Add feta cheese & give it a good mix.
-On a serving dish,add quinoa,greek salad,prepared chicken & tzatziki sauce.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
How to Prepare Quinoa:
-Pot mein olive oil aur quinoa dal ker ek minute kliya saut karein.
-Pani,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad partially dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch pani absorb ho janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Chicken:
-Bowl mein dried oregano,zeera powder,namak,paprika powder,kali mirch crushed aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein olive oil dal dein aur marinated chicken ko golden brown hunay tak paka ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tzatziki Sauce:
-Bowl mein dahi,lehsan,kali mirch crushed,namak,lemon juice,hara dhania,podina aur kheera (squeeze out excess water) dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Tzatziki sauce tayyar hai.
Prepare Greek Salad:
-Bowl mein mustard paste,olive oil,lemon juice,apple cider vinegar,kali mirch crushed,namak,dried oregano aur dried basil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kheera,black olives,tamatar aur payz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Feta cheese dal ker mix ker lein.
-Serving dish mein quinoa,greek salad,tayyar chicken aur tzatziki sauce dal dein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
