Health and taste both in one.RAJMA DOSAIngredients1 cup kidney beans (rajma)¾ cup short grain rice, soaked for 6-8 hours and drained½ tsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana), soaked for 3-4 hours and drainedSalt to tasteOil for drizzlingCoconut chutney to serveMethod1. Take kidney beans in a large bowl, add water and wash it 1-2 times. Add fresh water and set aside to soak for 6-8 hours. Drain and add into a mixer jar. Add the soaked rice and soaked fenugreek seeds. Add 1½ cups water and blend to a smooth batter. 2. Transfer into a large bowl, cover and set aside to ferment for 6-8 hours.3. Add ½ cup water and salt and mix till well combined. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a disc. Drizzle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Fold in half and place it on a serving plate.5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
