Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 5
Tomato - 1
Water -1 L
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

For Brinjal fry :
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 1
Garlic cloves - 4
Onion - 1
Brinjal - 7
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
