Chana Daal - 150 gms
Udad Daal - 20 gms
Onion 1 Medium size
Methi - 50 gms (Chopped)
Saunf/fennel seeds - 1/2 spoon
Pisa Dhania/Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Jeera/Cumin - 1/2 spoon
Red Chili (Flakes would do better) - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per taste
Green Chili - 2 (chopped)
Ginger, Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon (around 1 inch ginger and 3-4 garlic kali)
Oil - Your choice for deep frying
