RECIPE: Raw Vegan Cashew Cream Salad!

Dressing:
1/2 cup soaked cashews
2 limes juiced
Nutritional Yeast to taste
3 tbsp sesame seeds (you can also use hemp seeds)
3 cloves garlic
4-5 dates
Spices! Fresh, dried, you name it, you add it all to taste
I added himalayan pink salt, turmeric, curry, mustard, red pepper flakes and cayenne
Water

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or Vitamix and add water as you go to get the consistency that you want.

Gather kale, tomatoes, beets, carrots, celery and any other veggie ingredients you'd like to have in your salad and chop them up. I like to add my kale first with one layer of dressing, then add the other veggies and more dressing so it's easier to mix
