Recycling Leftover Chicken Stew : let's not waste food

My wine Stew did not work and this is what I have done with the leftover coq au vin I had the next day.

Sometimes thing goes wrong and even for me, a failed chicken dish is something that can happen. I was trying to make a coq au vin for some guest using a chicken instead of a rooster and it failed big time. the next day I had some left over meats and decided to create those 2 leftover chicken stew recipes.
