For best results use Falak Extreme the Biryani Perfect rice #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #FalakRice Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3BhYUWQAl Rehman BiryaniServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Falak Extreme Basmati Rice 500g -Water as required -Water as required-Namak (Salt) 1 & tbs or to taste-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2-Laung (Cloves) 3-4-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Cooking oil 1 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 Cup-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-7 -Aalo bukhara (Dried plum) 4-5-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) Cup-Biryani masala 1 tbs-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Laung (Cloves) 3-4-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 large-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Water 2 Cups-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & large cubes 2 medium-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup-Chicken mix boti 750g-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) tsp-Kewra water 1 tbs-Cooking oil 3 tbsDirections:-In a bowl,add basmati rice,water,wash thoroughly and soaked for 30 minutes then strain soaked rice & set aside.-In a pot,add water & bring it to boil.-Add salt,star anise,bay leaves,cloves,lemon juice,cooking oil & mix well.-Add soaked rice,mix well & boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.-In a bowl,fried onion,tomato,green chilies,dried plums,mint leaves,fresh coriander,briyani masala, lemon juice,mix well & set aside.-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & saut until translucent.-Add black peppercorns,cumin seeds,cinnamon sticks,star anise,cloves,green cardamom,black cardamom & mix well.-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.-Add tomato,mix well & cook until soft (2-3 minutes). -Add coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder & mix well.-Add water & mix well.-Add potatoes,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook until potatoes are half done (5-6 minutes). -Add yogurt & mix well.-Add chicken,mix well and cook on medium flame until water is reduced (8-10 minutes).-Add orange food color & mix well.-Add & spread tomato & onion mixture,boiled rice,kewra essence and cooking oil,cover & cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes then steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.-Mix rice & serve with salad & raita!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Bowl mein chawal aur pani dal ker thoroughly wash ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya bhego dein phir soaked chawal ko strain ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein.-Namak,badiyan ka phool,tez patta,laung,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Soaked chawal dal ker mix karein aur 3/4th done ho janay tak boil ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein fried pyaz,tamatar,hari mirchein,aalo bhukara,podina,hara dhania,biryani masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.-Sabut kali mirch,zeera,darchini,badiyan ka phool,laung,hari elaichi aur badi elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur naram ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).-Dhania powder,namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Aalo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur aalo half done ho janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes).-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per pani reduce ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).-Zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Tamatar & pyaz ka mixture dal ker pheela lein,boiled chawal,kewra essence aur cooking oil dal ker dhak dein aur tez ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Chawal mix ker lein,salad & raita ka saath serve karein!
