Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 & tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs
-Water Cup
-Namak (Salt) tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes kg
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) grated 1 medium
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Swiss premium Cheddar cheese cream cheese spread Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In spice mixer,add poppy seeds,coriander seeds,cumin seeds and blend to make powder.
-Add dissected coconut,green chilli,fresh coriander,yogurt and blend to make a paste & set aside.
-In a bowl,add water,salt and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken along with water,mix well until it changes color and cook until oil separates (8-10 minutes).
-Add ginger,garlic and cook for a minute.
-Add onion and mix well.
-Now add ground paste and mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,garam masala powder,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add milk,chedder cheese cream cheese spread,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add green chilli,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander,lemon & serve!

-Spice mixer mein kashkhash,sabut dhania aur zeera dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.
-Khopra,hari mirch,hara dhania aur dahi dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & set aside.
-Bowl mein pani aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken pani ka saath dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Adrak aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Doodh aur chedder cheese cream cheese spread dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch,hara dhania aur lemon sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
