Restaurant Style Garlic Chicken
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless cubes kg
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tsp or to taste
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
-Yakhni (Stock) 2 Cups
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part cubes Cup
-Shmila mirch (Capsicum) cubes Cup
-Red bell pepper cubes Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves

Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder and soy sauce,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-Chop garlic coarsely & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chopped garlic and fry until golden & reserve 1 tbs for garnish.
-Add green chilli,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add marinated chicken and mix well until it changes color,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add red chilli powder,sugar,salt,chilli sauce and tomato ketchup,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
-In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add green onion white part,capsicum,red bell pepper,vinegar and mix well.
-Add green onion leaves and mix.
-Garnish with reserved fried garlic,green onion leaves & serve with boiled rice.

Ajza:

Directions:
-Bowl mein chicken,namak,kali mirch powder aur soy sauce dal ker ace tarhan mix karein aur 15 minute kliya marinate ker lein.
-Lehsan ko coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur chopped lehsan dal dein aur golden hunay tak fry ker lein aur 1 tbs ko garnish kliya reserve ker lein.
-Hari micrh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Marinated chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho Janay tak paka lein.
-Lal mirch powder,cheeni,namak aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Hara pyaz white part,shimla mirch,red bell pepper aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix ker lein.
-Reserved fried lehsan aur hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker lein aur boiled rice ka saath serve karein.
