Ingredients:2 Cups Rice flour4 Cups Water 1 tbsp Salt1-2 Chopped Green chillies A handful chopped Green coriander 4-5 tbsp Kriti Refined Oil Method:Mix the rice flour, salt and water and whisk it until a smooth thin batter is formed.Add chopped green chillies and coriander to the batter.Heat a non stick tawa and brush it with Kriti Refined Oil.Let it become nice and hot and then pour the batter with a spoon and swirl the pan around so that the batter spreads uniformly on all sides.Cook the chilla on a medium flame until set.Drizzle a little oil over the chilla while it is cooking.Flip the chilla after around a minute and cook on the other side for a minute.Remove from the tawa and serve hot with tomato chutney or green chutney.
