Rice Flour Dosa | छत्तीसगढ़ी चीला | चीला रोटी | Chawal ka Cheela Recipe with Kriti Refined Oil

Ingredients:

2 Cups Rice flour
4 Cups Water
1 tbsp Salt
1-2 Chopped Green chillies
A handful chopped Green coriander
4-5 tbsp Kriti Refined Oil

Method:
Mix the rice flour, salt and water and whisk it until a smooth thin batter is formed.

Add chopped green chillies and coriander to the batter.

Heat a non stick tawa and brush it with Kriti Refined Oil.

Let it become nice and hot and then pour the batter with a spoon and swirl the pan around so that the batter spreads uniformly on all sides.

Cook the chilla on a medium flame until set.

Drizzle a little oil over the chilla while it is cooking.

Flip the chilla after around a minute and cook on the other side for a minute.

Remove from the tawa and serve hot with tomato chutney or green chutney.
