Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Combine rice, onion, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garlic, green chillies, chopped coriander and salt in a bowl and mix. Add gram flour and some water and mix well.3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and deep-fry them in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.4.
