Rice ¼ cup
Milk 350 ml
Water 250 ml
Sugar ½ cup
Milk Khoya – ¼ cup
Safron few strands
Nuts 1 tsp
Ghee 1tbsp
Pinch cardamom pdr


5 tips
1. You can also use was Basmati Rice.
2. Start cooking the rice in hot water for an easy cooking.
3. Instead of Khoya you can also use condensed milk or milk powder.
4. When grinding cardamom powder you can use some sugar for easy grinding.
5. Fry nuts on low heat to avoid burning.
